Industrial Work Experience:
Jun.1989~Sep.1993: Assistant Engineering, Xi'an Electronic Engineering 206 Research Institute, major in Frequency synthesizer of radar system, I had been with 206 Research Institute full-time for four years. Design and implementation of the frequency of automatic control system successfully applied to a radar system, and as the system's main designers to be awarded second prize of scientific and technology progress.
Nov.1998~Sep.2002: Senior Project Manager, Xin Fang Intelligent Communication Co., Ltd. Designed and developed systems as follows: IN system on PSTN, IN system on 3G, INES (IN IN Enhancement system), OCS (Online Charging system), 3G IMS, and The system design of MMS material Copyright Distinguishing Based on Digital watermarking Technique. IN open architecture based on Parlay and Parlay X.
Since 1993, I once awarded second prize of scientific and technology progress, had finished 3 provincial or ministry level projects . I have published more than 10 papers in domestic and foreign important journals.
